Hello, I'm new to the keto diet, and today I knew I was going to break it by drinking wine. I was following a strict keto diet for 3 days (although my regular diet was moderate carb, higher protein before starting keto) and I just broke it with some rice cakes w. jam and dark chocolate. I FEEL SO WEIRD THOUGH. I just stood up and got fairly dizzy like when I used to restrict low. I feel almost like i'm buzzing but also floaty? (no alcohol consumed yet). Is this normal? I wasn't even following keto for a long time. DOES THIS HAPPEN EVERYTIME YOU DO HFLC AND THEN EAT CARBS? LIKE WHAT THE HECK BODY? I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
